FInals Congratulatory Party
Had a GREAT day today. I drove to Milpitas to The Great Mall with Moo and we shopped around and ate lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Although everyone has been raving about how great it is, it was probably the WORST meal of my life. I got the vegetarian burrito and it was smothered in cilantro lime dressing. Gross. Moo hated his too, barely ate much and it was $18 for the two of us. I did find quite a few good deals though, Juicy pants for $30 plus an additional 20% off ... AMAZING. Oh and also I stopped by the Asian bakery on Woolfe street in SJ ( cupertino) to get green tea rolls, and a bean paste roll, best bakery, especially since SLO has NOTHING like this. Then I had a great time at night hanging out with Greg/Fiona/Leslie helping them prepare for their chem finals ( 108L / Chem1A ) over all successful day, happy to be done with actual work for the month ... oooo and the year : ]

Getting Back in the Swing of Things
Well, back at Santa Cruz for a week then on Monday I have 2 finals ( Math 22 and Ochem) back to back. At least I am almost done for the quarter, I feel like Christmas break will be well deserved. I can't wait to go home, with no homework, and actually get to workout, and eat normal food, and best of all, take showers with no shoes!!!! I am so excited to be leaving SC. I feel like the longer I stay here the more I end up hating it. I really hope this get's better because I don't know if I will be able to make it another 2 years if it doesn't. Yesterday was the RA gift exchange. I was happy it went over well since I planned it. No one forgot a gift, everyone brought a snack, and everyone was willing to participate, yay. I feel like it really helped me feel like I am more of a part of the group. I gave Rox a Spongebob ornament and a deck of cards and she LOVED them. I got a really awesome cookie mix jar ( the ones with all the ingredients and the recipe in a mason jar), from Sam Perez. ANyhow I am happy that things are going better, maybe I will reconsider reapplying. I think Tabitha would really appreciate it, and I feel like I owe that to her.
